Design
Two rivers land company needed a website. We built the
design according to their specifications and color scheme.
The site features an updateable articles section, photo
gallery, listings and more pages that are updateable by
the owner. The site is easily updated by them thorough
administration panels. Easy to use and saves money by
virtually eliminating all update costs.
The Midwest Land Sales real estate
company needed a new website to jumpstart their new
business. This real estate company specializes in hunting
land for sale in Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri. This site
has virtually every feature possible on their land listing
page. All is updateable by them. This site also has an
updateable photo gallery showing some of the deer taken on
the hunting properties they sell. This site was designed
with search optimization in mind. A great site and a ton
of functionality. The best thing about the updating is
that it doesn't take an expert to update it. We design
these updatable pages so that anyone can update them
easily any time they wish. This cuts down on update costs
in the future.
CENTURY 21 First Choice wanted a
website redesign and a more affordable solution for
website updates and hosting. We provided them much more
than that. We built a site that allows them to add to
their own listings to the site. Sure, most real estate
companies have access and usually tap into a database of
listings. We went a step further with this site. You see,
by adding the listings independently using our easy to
update listings page, we give them the ability to rank
higher in the search engines. The reason being every
realtor using the same IDX features listings with the same
cookie cutter descriptions for each listing. It's harder
to stand out from the pack with a bunch of local real
estate sites trying to compete with the same listing
content on their sites. This updateable page allows this
realtor to provide more detailed descriptions (with the
right key phrases). Which not only give more information
to the visitor, but it also increases search engine
placement because of their ability to add on to the
regular description that already exists in the IDX. If

Midwestlandsales.com (the site above this one) has been
using a system very similar to this for a while now the
continue to dominate in the ranks. Best of all, their
rankings and traffic through search engines increases
consistently. This site will soon do the same.
Sanctuary Estates is a new Gated
Community. The owner of the community was looking for a
website to provide information about the lots he has for
sale. This site is very simple however it does allow him
to update his photo gallery. The website design feature's
the clients favorite colors green and gold. We used
incorporated photos of the properties into the design. A
simple, affordable yet effective way of promoting the land
for sale.
The McCartney Real Estate Agency had an
a website that didn't function right. We built them 2 new
listings pages that they can update for themselves. They
can add edit or remove listings and even put them in the
order that they choose. Although we left their design we
fixed some inconsistency in the pages and made a few small
changes in the structure of the site.
Scott Gatewood decided to have us build
this real estate agent website for him. This site features
a short flash intro page. The main page features a slide
show image box that shows moving images and fading
transitions to the next photo. This site allows the real
estate agent to add property listings information
and up to 10 photos for each property listing that he
adds. It even lets him arrange the properties in an order
that he needs. This site also lets him update his own
links page. Small but very effective website. Mainly
because of the constantly updated property listings.
The Eagle Realty company needed a
website to so show up-to-date real estate listings. This
website has several backend features that allow the site
owner to manage this site and do most of the updates. The
client is able to add, remove or edit agents on the agent
page. They are also able to create personal pages for the
agents only accessible by the agent so that they can
access files needed or send files to others. The backend
also allows them to add featured listings. These listings
show all the details and pictures of the listing they are
making featured.
The site design needed to be
fast-loading and easy to navigate while still providing
useful information for the real estate agency, the agents,
and the listings. We selected a red white and blue theme
to match the logo they provided.
Pikecountymoland.com is a website
dedicated to the selling of one particular piece of
property in Pike County Missouri. We built a small 2 page
website that shows photos of the property and an
attractive main page. Simple and very affordable.
